She was predeceased by: her husband Czeslaw; her son Leslie; her parents, Anthony Zysk and Stella Zysk; and her sister-in-law Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Donna (Garth), Barb (Darrell) and Ted (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Nicole (Andrew), Ryan (Kandace), Breanna, Josh, Evan and Brooke; and her siblings, Stan (Ella), Mary (Dave) and Kaz (Sharon).
