She is survived by: her husband Emil; her sons, Derrick and Brian (Jason); her grandchildren, Brett (Rebecca), Courtney (Brad) and Amanda (Ty); her sister Annerl; and also Austria.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Terry's name to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
