Thomas Peter Thompson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Peter Thompson of Winnipeg, Manitoba, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 17, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Savard-Thompson; his parents, Mac Thompson and Eva Thompson; and his brother Bobby Thompson. He is survived by: his child Chirs Thompson (Jill Milne) of Winnipeg; his grandchildren, Conner, Eitan, Luke, Adë and Aubry; his stepchildren, Marcel, Larry, Michael, Lynn, Lorraine and Lisa; his siblings, Lillian Delveaux (Paul) of Winnipeg, Lorne Thompson (Brenda) of Grande Prairie and Elizabeth Isfeld (Dennis) of Scotch Creek; his sister-in-law Nadina; and his daughter May. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A prayer will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Calendrier McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel (56 Royal Rd S, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N1T6). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendrier Our Lady of the Angels Church (234 Kinosota Rd S, Amaranth, MB R0H0B0).
