It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of To Van La (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of To Van La to show support.

She was predeceased by: her husband Xuong Hoa La; and her sons-in-law, Diep Ich Thang and Vang Do Van. She is survived by: her children, Chinese, Hac and Ai Lien La (Giang). She is also survived by 29 beautiful grandchildren, 18 loving great-grandchildren.

All contributions received during the funeral ceremony shall be charitably donated to the Seven Oaks hospital and the Huasing Buddhist Temple.
