With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Kapkey (Winnipeg, Manitoba), born in Elphinstone, Manitoba, who passed away on August 24, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her son Randy; her grandson Jesse; her parents, Ksenka Jerama and Peter Jerama; and her siblings, Steve, Joe, Sam, John, Ollie, Mike and Eileen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Valerie (Ian), Lorraine (Art) and Diane (Wally); her daughter-in-law Andrea; her grandchildren, Cory, Amber, Grace, Alex, Wiley and Keely; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Natalie, Brennan, Jade, Danika, Noah and Hannah.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Bill (late husband) to Manitoba Myasthenia Gravis Inc.
