He was predeceased by: his brothers, Nick and Stanley (Mildred); and his parents, William Bellay and Annie Bellay (Karlanchuk). He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Cathy Hill (Rick) of St. Albert, Alberta, Victor Bellay (Laurie) of Winnipeg and Susan Bellay of Winnipeg; his grandchildren, Lewis (Ayla), Amy (Brandon), Richard (Jodie), Dan (Angelina), Nick and Candace; his great grandchildren, Philip, Holly, Aleenah, Jackson and Theo; his sister Lucy Patson (Lorne) of Winnipeg; his nieces, Donna Wright and Sherry Morrison (Charlie); his great-nieces, Jennifer (Miguel) and Brittany (Randy); his great-nephew Kevin; and also, Mila and Gavin.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
