He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy. He is survived by: his daughter Sharon (Murray); his granddaughter Tianna (Carter); his daughter Janice (Martin); his grandson Reese; and his siblings, Bernice, Phyllis and Brian (Jackie). He is also survived by the many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Victor's memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
