She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Egonia and Olimpia Corteza; and her siblings, Hermogenes, Bartolome, Celestino, Antonio, Ciriaca and Leticia.

She is survived by: her daughter Lindsay (Chad); her grandchildren, Asha and Mia; her daughter Geraldine (Brett); her grandchildren, Isabelle and Leland; and her sister Isabel Egonia.

A prayer was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Cropo Funeral Chapel (1442 Main St, Winnipeg, MB r2w3v7). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua (250 Burrin Ave, Winnipeg, MB R2V1E5). A burial was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at the Brookside Cemetery (3001 Notre Dame Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3H1B8).
