He was predeceased by: his parents, John DeVries and Anne DeVries. He is survived by: his sons, Alex (Brandi) and Trevor; his grandson Xavien; his sister Teresa Schmidt (Bruce); his niece Jenna Bihun (Sean); his great-nephews, Nolan and Aiden; his great-niece Audrey; his nephew Daniel Schmidt; and the mother of his children Darlene DeVries.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Cropo Funeral Chapel (1442 Main St, Winnipeg, MB R2W3V7).
