As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Walter may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian (Komenda); his parents, Josef and Elizabeth (Nemechek); and his siblings, Joe, Olga and Dorthy (Heim).
He is survived by: his son Kenneth (Ardelle); his grandchild Sherri-Lynne; and his sister Darlene Munchinsky.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (4000 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3K1W3).
The family kindly asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Deer Lodge Centre or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
