He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Theresa and Peter William Ostifichuk; Edna. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen D'Avanti (Gino), Darrell Ostifichuk (Arlene), Brian Byrd and Sheila Rusnak (Kevin); his significant other Ann Paul; his children, Grant, Mandy, Rochelle and Leanne; his grandchildren, Maddy and Lucas; and his nieces and nephews, Gina (Bruce), Angela (Darcy), Michael (Kellie-Mae), Marco, Adam (Karlee), Robert (Samantha), Kristen (Cerys) and Trevor. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Warren's name to a local animal shelter.
