It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Bilan (Winnipeg, Manitoba), born in Gardenton, Manitoba, who passed away on February 10, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Jean (Turchyn); his children, Gail (Nelson) and Wayne (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Stephanie, Mailyne, Jolaine (Alex) and Eric (Anita). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
