He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Max and Sophia Ozeranski; his parents, Michael Diduch and Mary Diduch; and his sister Stella Weremchuk.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Diduch; his children, David Diduch (Jen), Nancy Dunnec and Bev Rolsky (John); his grandson William Diduch Jr.; his brothers, Steve Diduch (Dorothy) and Morris Diduch (Nell); and his nephew Robert Weremchuk (Melissa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
