He is survived by: his mother Laura Francis (Wilbur Pashe); his siblings, Terrence, Norman, Reva and Eldon (Chantelle); and his children, Theodore and Gracelyn.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bardal Funeral Home (843 Sherbrook St, Winnipeg, MB R3A1M6). A wake will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Long Plain Rez Plex. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at the Francis Cemetery.
