It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Payne (Winnipeg, Manitoba), born in Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on December 26, 2019, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Payne and Margaret Payne; and his sister-in-law Faye Dowie. He is survived by: his wife Lorna; his children, Steve, Sarah, Hunter, Parker, Madison, Mackenzie, Tyler and Taya; his sister Lynda Pronger (Fred); his siblings-in-law, Joyce Skillingstad (Pat), Dorothy Ross (Ken), Outlook and Dale Dowie; and his sisters, Irene and Shirley.
