He was predeceased by: his wife Jean. He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Davies (Gord) and Debbie Bogan (Jerry); his grandchildren, Ryan (Kristin) and Lauren (Steven); his great grandchildren, Isla, Adelyn and Maci; his sister Mary (Kuchar); and his sibling's children, Diane and Dick.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made on behalf of William to the Winnipeg Humane Society.
