It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Sutherland (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on May 26, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may William find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Eileen; and his brothers, Alan and David. He is survived by: his wife Bretta; his daughter Dayna (Brett); his grandchildren, Nora and Blake; and his sisters-in-law, Rose (David) and Joanne (Alan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Glen Lawn Funeral Home (455 Lagimodiere Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R2J4J4).
