She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Adina Ballentyne and Alfred August Ballentyne. She is survived by: her husband Keith Chase; her stepchildren, Deborah, Hugh and Henderson; her godchildren, Henderson and Alicia; her stepgrandchildren, Bradyn, Daunte and Alexander; and her siblings, Andrea Grant and Ken (Wanda). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Glen Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery (455 Lagimodiere Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R2J4J4).
