She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Lindsay; her parents, Henri Verplaetse and Helen Verplaetse (Turcan); and her siblings, Sonny Verplaetse, Ken Verplaetse, Agnes Rear, Carole Lavich and Shirley Verplaetse.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Lindsay (Jodi), Craig Lindsay (Rachel) and Todd Lindsay (Cher); and her grandchildren, Carter, Delaney, Reagan, Drew, Brendon, Christian, Alyssa and Danica.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Green Acres Funeral Home and Cemetery (1 Green Acres Ln, Navin, MB R5T0H2). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Green Acres Cemetery (1 Green Acres Ln, Navin, MB R5T0H2).
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in Yvonne's memory to the Belgian Club.
