He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Smith and Gladys Smith (Davis); and his wife Sharlene. He is survived by: his children, Robert Hooper (Sylvie) of Colpitts Settlement, Greg Hooper (Megan) of Salisbury, Keynan Smith (Tasha) of Hillgrove, Jason Steeves of Hillsborough, Shannon Smith of Riverside, Joe Howe (Amy) and Anagance; his siblings, Jackie Wagner (Wayne) of Salisbury, Carolyn Wynes (Reg) of Hillgrove and Terry (Heather) of Petitcodiac; his close friend Anne; and his caregiver Georges-L.-Dumont. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
