He was predeceased by : his parents, Johnny McGrath and Susanne McGrath (Beaulieu); and his brothers, Viateur McGrath, Eugene McGrath (late Edna) and Elie McGrath.

He is survived by : his siblings, Ludivine Landry of Toronto, ON, Gilberte McGrath of Bathurst, NB, Jean-Paul McGrath of St-Isidore, NB, Gérard McGrath of Tracadie-Sheila, NB and Aubin McGrath (Rose-Hélène) of Alberta; and his sisters-in-law, Marina Ferguson of Shediac Bridge, NB, Yvette Lozier of Moncton, NB and Kathleen McGrath of Shippagan, NB. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
