She was predeceased by: her father Oliver Philip Cooper of Derbyshire; her husband John William McNeil (Bill); her siblings, Philip and Mary Oneill; and her grandmother Iris.
She is survived by: her mother England (Myrel Jane Wright); her nephew Luke Cooper (Tammy Gamblin) of Odell, N. B.; her sister Annie Lloyd of Plaster Rock, N. B.; Cheryl Sadler (John) of Perth-Andover, N. B., Shelley Ashford (David) of Perth-Andover, N. B., Stanley McNeil (Ruby Parsons) of Fredericton, N. B., Christopher McNeil (Colleen McCarthy) of Perth-Andover, N. B. and Susan McNeil (Kevin Graber) of Surrey, B. C.. She is also survived by her children and honorary children as the best mother.
