She was predeceased by: her parents, John Billings and Capitola Billings; her husband Wesley; her children, Wanda Hill and Wayne Stewart; and her siblings, Donald Billings (Phyllis), Clifton Billings (Irma), George Billings, Mary Sloane (Hazen) and Alice Orser (Ralph).

She is survived by: her children, John Stewart (Rena Cullins) of Ashland, Bernard Stewart (Doris) of Ashland and Lorrie Stewart of Ashland; her son-in-law Neil Hill of Ashland; her grandchildren, Melissa Manuel (Todd), Justin Stewart (Kerry Culberson), Jenny Hill (Brendan Boone), Erin Hill (Shane Dow), Ashton Lee (Jeff) and Lindsay Campbell (Robbie Mignardi); her great grandchildren, Tia Manuel, Brett Manuel, Kyra Manuel, Walker Lee and Briar Lee; her sister Joyce Elmhurst; and her sister-in-law Elva Stewart. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
