He was predeceased by: his parents, Onesime Gionet and Anges Pitre; and his siblings, Roland, Rolande, Leo, Valmont, Donia and Gilberte.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia, Robert (Jonna) and Wayne (Mary); his grandchildren, Andrew, Kayleigh, Christopher and Vanessa; and his siblings, Guy and Carmene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
