We announce the death of Alma Couture of Bathurst, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 26, 2026. Alma will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Alma will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Alma will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Alma’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloysius Roy and Cécile Roy (Legacy); and her brothers, Gérald and Richard. She is survived by: her husband Vincent Couture; and her children, Denise Couture (Denis Turbide) of Bathurst and Bruno Couture (Denise Bouchard) of Moncton.
Donations in memory of Alma can be made to the Alzheimer Society or a favourite charity.
