He is survived by: his parents, Arnold Blanchard and Claudette Blanchard (Goggin) of Bathurst; his wife Cindy Blanchard (Rodgers); his sister Anne (John Mann); his mother-in-law Annette Rodgers; his stepchildren, Evan Smith, Ashley Coombs (Mack) and Colleen Doucet; his grandchildren, Thomas, Carter, Sierra and Miley; his siblings-in-law, Bruce Rodgers, Lucy Blanchard and Lisa Rodgers; and his sibling's children, Harley, Kyle and Kayla.
