He was predeceased by : his wife Janet Althea Paul (Churchill); his parents, John Peter-Paul and Christiane Peter-Paul (Prisk); his siblings, Norman, John, Gilbert Peter-Paul, Mary (McBain), Rita (Sumski), Helen (Fraser), Theresa (Halka) and Dorothy (Lordon); and his son Stephen Robert Peter-Paul.
He is survived by : his children, Benjamin Peter-Paul Jr., David J. Peter-Paul (Rose), Jonathan A. Peter-Paul (Serena), Thomas C. Peter-Paul (Cindy) of South Tetagouche, NB, Madelyn G. Hennessey (Russell Hennessey) of Fredericton, NB and Robin L. Kelly of Bathurst, NB. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
