He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cormier and Meta Cormier. He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Daley); his daughter Juanita Gallagher (Marc); his grandchild Echo; his sister Tina VanTassel; and his cousins, Wayne Cormier and Anne Legere. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews and several cousins.

The family asks that any donations be made to a charity of one's choice.
