He was predeceased by: his mother Yvette Kenny (Blanchard); his son Patrick; and his brother William "Billy" Kenny. He is survived by: his father Bernard Kenny; his wife Yvette Kenny (Frenette); his sons, Keith of Bathurst, Brian (Wendy) of Bathurst, Ronald (Christine) of Miramichi and Michael of Petit-Rocher; his stepchildren, Renée Kenny (Bryan), Rachelle Frenette (Jean Sébastien) and Jean-Marc Pitre (Alisha); and his grandchildren, Colin, Alyssa, Courtney, Jessica, Chelsea, Bryanna, Madison, Tyler, Grayson, Shane, Olivia, Ophélia, Brigitte, Vincent, Laetitia, Hunter and Ryleigh.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Elhatton's Funeral Home (187 St George St, Bathurst, NB E2A 1B6). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Cathedral (123 rue, St Andrew St, Bathurst, NB E2A1C1).
Donations in Dave's memory may be made to the BEST Group, Special Olympics or to a charity of the donor's choice.
