Esther Roy Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Esther Roy (Bathurst, New Brunswick), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 20, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexina Roy and Albert Roy. She is survived by: her brother Émile (Rachelle Boivin); her close friends, Father Wesley, Hélène, Thérèse and Anna; her cousin Thérèse Hébert; her nephew Alan (Jacqueline); and her siblings, Antoine (Angélina Roy), Eugène (Juliette Pelletier), Patrick (Raymonde Fournier), Omer, Vital, Bernard, Guy, Georgette, Albertine Roy (Franciscan Missionary) and Simonne Roy (Dominican Missionary Adorer). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cathédrale Sacré-Coeur.
