She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Milton Carter and Gertrude Carter (Sawtell); her siblings, Milton A. Carter of Scarborough, ON. and Jessie Carter of Bathurst; her niece Pauline Barter of St. Stephen; and her siblings, Donald, Robert, William, Charles, Harriet, Helen and Carol.
