She was predeceased by: her parent Edward Cormier; her sons, Douglas and Gary; and her brother David. She is survived by: her spouse Robert Doucet of Bathurst; her parent Grace Cormier (MacKay); her children, Jennifer Lavigne (Paul) of Bathurst, Bobby (Sandra) of Bathurst, Jeffrey (Christine) and Mark (Andrea); and her siblings, Jim (Linda Ferguson) of Bathurst, Peggy Roy and Arline Hachey. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Donations in memory of Evelyn may be made to the Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
