With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francine Foulem (Bathurst, New Brunswick), who passed away on May 25, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Boudreau and Marie-Anne Azèle Aubé; and her significant other Wilfred Foulem. She is survived by: her children, Jasmine (late Jacques Bertrand), Marcel (Yvette Godin), Jacques (Christine Lanoie), Denis (Fernande Roy), François (Sylvie Loubier) and Luc (Sylvie Aubé).
Because of the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, the end-of-life celebration of Francine Foulem will be held privately.
