He was predeceased by: his parent Fred Cooney. He is survived by: his friend Kathy Cooney; his parent Ada Cooney; his brother Steven (late Joanne) of Charlottetown, PEI.; and his sibling's children, Lorna, Ross, Kim, Jennifer, Darryl, Krista and Caroline (Pete).
Donations in memory of Fred may be made to the Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation, the Gloucester SPCA or a charity of the donor's choice.
