He is survived by: his wife Gail Payne (Brown) of Miramichi Road, NB.; his daughters, Catherine Foran (Mark) of Little Bartibog, NB and Krista Ford (Andrew) of Utopia, NB.; and his siblings, Adrian Payne (Donna), Mona Payne, Lois Payne, Edith May Scott (Kirk), Margaret Ann Kerr (Raleigh) and Carol Payne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
