She was predeceased by: her husband Martin J. Couture; her parents, Eva Guitard (Lejeune) and Cléophas Guitard; her daughter Tanya; and her siblings, Marie, Cléophas Jr., Evangéliste, François, Jean-Marc, Sylvio, Adrienne and Violette.
She is survived by: her children, Rachel Couture Pitre (Jean-Pierre) of Bathurst and Stéphane Guitard-Garrett of Québec; her grandson Joey Pitre; and her siblings, Thérèse Dumont (Jean-Yves) of Répentigny, QC, Suzanne Caron (Michael) of Bathurst, Charlotte and Ferdinand Guitard (Pamela).
