He was predeceased by: his parent Amédée Duguay; and his brother Clifford Duguay. He is survived by: his parent Irene Duguay (Chamberlain); his children, Charlene Colwell (Michael), Susie Lavigne (Eric) and Denny (Sarah) of Calgary, AB.; his grandchildren, Jordan Chamberlain, Jenna Chamberlain, Jeremy Chamberlain, Spencer Colwell, Brett Robertson, Sarah Lavigne and Jillian Lavigne; his great grandchildren, Aubrey MacLean, Stella Morrison and Vennah Chamberlain; and his siblings, Donald Duguay, Emery Duguay and Claudette Godin (Omer).
Donations in memory of Gilbert may be made to the New Brunswick Lung Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
