She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Siemieniuch and Sophie Siemieniuch (Latusek); and her brothers, John, Stanley and Paul.

She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Colborne (Jason) of Bathurst; her grandson Brandon; her friend Robert Lavigne of Bathurst; her siblings, Maurice Siemieniuch (Anita) of Ontario, Eddie Sienieniuch (Lana Chater) of Ontario, Monica Michaud (Pat) of Ontario and Annie Reagan (Rocky Rodgers) of Florida; and her nieces and nephews, Donna, Maxine, April, Amy, René, Stanley and Johnathan.

Donations in memory of Helen may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
