He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Abelard Aubé and Pauline Aubé (Cormier); and his sisters, Cecilia Doucet (Joseph), Pamela Bernard (Valère) and Kay Hachey (Harold).
He is survived by: his sons, René Aubé (Jodie Pettigrew Aubé) and Denis Aubé (Nathalie Doucet); his granddaughter Britney Aubé; his stepgranddaughter Samantha Basque; and his siblings, Ovilla Aubé of Bathurst, Robert E. Aubé of Bathurst and Emma "Doris" Doucet of Caraquet.
