He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludger Lagacy and Leda Lagacy (Chiasson); his brothers, Raoul Lagacy (Rejeanne), Raymond Lagacy (Norma) and Simon Lagacy (Gisele); and his nephew Jason Lagacy.

He is survived by: his wife Juliette (Thibodeau); his children, Monique (Keith Doucet) of Bathurst and Luc (Andrea Aucoin) of Halifax; and his siblings, Rita Lagacy, Jeannita Doucet (Gerard), Leonard Lagacy of Bathurst and Jean Ludger Lagacy (Jeannine) of Bathurst. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Cathedral (123 rue, St Andrew St, Bathurst, NB E2A1C1).

In memory of Dad, donations can be made to a memorial of one's choice.
