She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Russell and Jeanetta Russell (Chamberlain); and her siblings, Charles Russell and Mary Elizabeth Russell. She is survived by: her brother John Russell (Janet) of Bathurst; and her great-nephews, Chase Lavigne and Izayah Lanteigne.
Donations in memory of Jessica may be made to the Bathurst Heritage Museum, Foyer Notre Dames de Lourdes of a charity of the donors choice.
