It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kenneth Leaman (Bathurst, New Brunswick), who passed away on December 29, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Kenneth shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kenneth farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Leaman and Ada Leaman; his daughter Cynthia Roy; and his brother Glendon Leaman. He is survived by: his wife Bette Leaman (Smyth); his children, Emerald (Fred Eddy), Jeffrey of Bathurst and Randy (Daphne) of Bathurst; and his sisters, Barbara Cormier (Garfield Brewster) and Doreen Steeves (late Joseph). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Elhattons Funeral Home Chapel (187 St George St, Bathurst, NB E2A 1B6).
Donations in memory of Kenneth can be made to the SPCA or a charity of choice.
