With sadness, we share the passing of Lorraine Babin (Bathurst, New Brunswick). Lorraine passed away on September 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphé Lagacé and Isabelle Lagacé (Thibault); her former husband Thomas Babin; and her siblings, Lionel Lagacé, Roger Lagacé and Collette Stinson.
She is survived by: her children, Tina David (Murray), René Babin and Andy Babin (Denise); her grandchildren, Tyler David, Chad David, Nolan Babin, Alexandra Babin and Wesley Babin; and her siblings, Geraldine Comeau, Lina Babin, Jeannette Surette, Murielle Chamberlain and Ronald Lagacé. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Family Church (430 St Peter Ave, Bathurst, NB E2A2Y2).
Donations in Lorraine's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of the donor's choice.
