He was predeceased by: his parent John Smith. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Smith (Coombs); his wife Joan D. Smith (Tower); his children, Shari Smith-Ellis (Peter) of Janeville and Scott Smith (Karen) of Calgary, AB; his grandson Jackson Smith; and his siblings, Wallace, Keith and Beatrice.
Donations in memory of Lyman may be made to the Shriner's Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice.
