Margaret Doucet Melanson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2020, Margaret Doucet Melanson of Bathurst, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Blanchard and Laura Blanchard (Boucher); and her siblings, Vonnie, Kenny and Ned.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Boudreau (Marc) of Bathurst and Jane Doucet (Peter Morrison) of Bathurst; her stepchildren, Steven Melanson (Sandra) of Fredericton and Karen Smith (Scott) of Calgary, AB.; her siblings, Phyllis Brideau (Andrew) of Beresford, Polly Forsey (Walt) of Riverview, NB, Raymond Blanchard (Gloria) of Bathurst and Jack Blanchard (Jenny) of Waterloo, ON.; her grandson Titan; and also, Margie, Ed, Molly, Katie and Bryce. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Due to the pandemic, a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
