He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Proctor and Christine Proctor; his sisters, Geraldine Sealy (Gerry) and Carol Proctor; his parents-in-law, Laurette and John Gallagher; and his brother-in-law Mark Gallagher.

He is survived by: his wife Della; his sisters, Theresa Landry (Roger), Emily Hachey (William), Marjorie Aubé, Eunice Proctor, Sonia Proctor (Eddy Ramsay) and Phyllis Pitre (Daniel Haché); his siblings-in-law, Eugene Gallagher (Cathy), Ron Gallagher (Lise), Linda White (Rod) and Lisa Gallagher; and his pet Jasper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
