He is survived by: his sons, Mathieu Pitre of South Tetagouche and Sean Pitre of Bathurst; his grandchildren, Jonathan and Keegan Pitre; his siblings, Irvin Pitre (Dena) of South Tetagouche, Perry Pitre of South Tetagouche, Rodney Pitre (Sherry) of Middle River, Nicole Pitre (Yvon) of St. Anne, Delores Pitre (Pierre Valcourt) of South Tetagouche, Sandy Pitre (Claude Boudreau) of Robertville and Sylvia Pitre (Alvin) of South Tetagouche; his uncle Bill; his aunt Sue Smith of Bathurst; and his goddaughter Tiffany Gauthier of Miramichi.
