Phillip Roy Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 7, 2026, Phillip Roy (Bathurst, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, may Phillip find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.

He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Roy; his parents, Albert Roy and Florence Sullivan; and his brother Maurice. He is survived by: his daughters, Courtney Bétournay (Eric) of Bathurst and Chelsey Roy (Jacqueline Omstead) of Bathurst. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Phillip may be made to the Bathurst S.P.C.A. or a charity of a one's choosing.
