She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Melanson of Bathurst; her parents, Nicholas Arseneault and Elizabeth Arseneault (Roy); and her son Roy. She is survived by: her children, Linda (Jean Guy) of Montreal, Suzanne of Bathurst, Cecile of Toronto, Diane of Toronto, Theresa (Bill) of North Carolina, Gary of Montreal and Paul (Along) of Toronto; and her sister Léonie Johnson of Montréal, QC.
