He was predeceased by: his spouse Dorina Doiron; and his parents, Franklin Poirier and Malvina Dugas. He is survived by: his daughters, Yolande (Tommy) of Bathurst, Nicole of Bathurst and Jeannette (Tim) of Fredericton; his grandchildren, Melissa, Samantha, Brandon, Melanie, Nixon and Isla; and his close friend Elna Scott. He is also survived by her children, grandkids and great grandkids.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Elhatton Funeral Home (187 St George St, Bathurst, NB E2A 1B6). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Cathedral (123 rue, St Andrew St, Bathurst, NB E2A1C1).
At the request of the family, donation can be made in his name with the cancer society or a benefit of your choice.
